MISSION STATEMENT

The Valley Youth Football and Cheer Association of
Syracuse, New York, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization
which provides opportunities for young people ages 5-14 to
participate in organized football and cheer activities in a safe,
structured playing environment.
Our Association requires its participants to maintain academic
standards in order to participate. We are committed to developing our
young people on the field and off, and we are continuing to expand
our efforts in team and activity participation, as well as visibility and
outreach in the community. Athletics and scholastics go hand in
hand. We seek to develop well-rounded young men and women who
learn not only the fundamentals of football and cheerleading but also
the importance of education in an atmosphere conducive to
developing sound character and citizenship while having a good time.
Our goal is to firmly implant into boys and girls in our
community the ideals of good sportsmanship, nutrition,
honesty, loyalty, and courage.

CODE OF CONDUCT
In order to ensure that all participants have the benefit of a safe and
fun learning environment, all participants and adults are required to
behave accordingly in a respectful, courteous,
and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
